Human Performance Training — $50/week

This program includes full discipline coaching, accountability check-ins, nutrition principles, and performance tracking. You choose the training format that fits your schedule—but every client receives the same elite-level discipline and support.

OPTION 1 — 5 Micro Sessions/Week

Joshua J. Knights is not a typical trainer — he is the embodiment of disciplined transformation.

For 22 years he served in the United States Marine Corps, training Marines in mixed martial arts, combat conditioning, ISSA-certified fitness methodology, and performance mastery. He has led men through darkness, rebuilt bodies under pressure, and taught warriors to command themselves in environments where hesitation is fatal.

They call him Darkness.

Not because he was consumed by it — but because he learned to walk through it, thrive in it, and emerge stronger than it.

Joshua's story is built on a singular moment:

December 31st — the day he chose to change everything.

On January 1st, he eliminated sugar from his life and rebuilt his mind, body, and habits through relentless discipline. He didn't rely on motivation. He forged a system based on internal command, daily ownership, and mastering the flesh one decision at a time.

Joshua teaches this truth:
