REFUND POLICY

Fair. Clear. Knight-Level Standards.

KNIGHTS X SOLUTIONS provides courier delivery, mobile notary services, and human performance/life-coaching services. Because our services involve time, travel, and reserved scheduling, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

1. Service Cancellations – Courier & Notary

  • Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled at no additional fee.
  • Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled time) may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover time and travel already allocated.
  • If a courier or notary arrives at the agreed location and is unable to complete the service due to client-related issues (incorrect address, missing documents, invalid ID, refusal to sign, etc.), the base service fee and any travel fees are non-refundable.

2. Human Performance & Life Coaching (HPD) – Weekly Plans

  • HPD training plans and life-coaching plans are billed weekly.
  • Once the week has started and a session slot is reserved, fees for that week are non-refundable, even if the client chooses not to attend.
  • Sessions that need to be rescheduled must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and will be moved based on availability.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are counted as a used session.

3. Service Quality Concerns

  • If you believe a service was not performed as agreed, contact us within 3 business days with details of the issue.
  • We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial credit, rescheduled service, or other resolution at our discretion.

4. Digital Receipts & Proof of Service

  • For courier and notary work, proof of delivery/signing may be used to verify that services were completed.
  • For HPD and coaching, session logs and communication records may be used to confirm attendance.
