These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KNIGHTS X SOLUTIONS website, services, and any related offerings. By booking services or interacting with our site, you agree to these Terms.
SECTION 1 — SERVICES PROVIDED
KNIGHTS X SOLUTIONS provides courier delivery, mobile notary services, and Human Performance Division (HPD) coaching and lifestyle transformation services. Some services may require verification of identity, signatures, or compliance with state regulations.
SECTION 2 — CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
- •Provide accurate contact and scheduling information
- •Be present and prepared for courier, notary, or coaching sessions
- •Provide valid ID for notarizations
- •Communicate honestly about physical abilities or limitations for HPD work
- •Maintain respectful communication at all times
SECTION 3 — NO LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
Notary services are limited to witnessing signatures. HPD coaching is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Clients are responsible for consulting licensed professionals when necessary.
SECTION 4 — PAYMENTS & BILLING
Payment is required according to the pricing shown on the booking page or invoice. Some services may require deposits or prepayment. Weekly coaching plans (if applicable) will continue until canceled in accordance with the Refund Policy.
SECTION 5 — CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All cancellations and refunds follow the official Refund Policy posted on this site. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
SECTION 6 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KNIGHTS X SOLUTIONS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
SECTION 7 — USER CONDUCT
Clients may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or engage in abusive behavior toward staff.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website designs, logos, graphics, service descriptions, and branding are property of KNIGHTS X SOLUTIONS and may not be reproduced without permission.
